Q. Can I send someone else to pick up my product? A. Yes, just keep in mind to provide invoice number to the individual doing the pick up on your behalf. And remember that these are used items with no returns
Q. Do you pack the furniture for transportation? A. We do not. Customer is responsible to bring their own packing material and straps to secure load.
